This Privacy Policy applies to Puzzle Snake Out. The operator of the app store through which you download the Game may independently process information under its own privacy policy.

2. Accounts and locally stored game data

The Game does not require you to create an account, profile, or sign in. We do not operate a server-side player profile or cloud-save database for the Game.

The Game stores the following information locally on your device so that it can operate and remember your progress and preferences:

• coin balance;
• current playable level and game progress;
• stamina balance and timestamps used to restore stamina;
• owned game items and item-use counts;
• music, sound-effect, and haptic preferences; and
• local save and storage-version information.

This information is stored using local device storage. The current version of the Game does not upload this locally stored game data to us. Removing the Game or clearing its local data may delete your progress and preferences.

3. Information you choose to provide

Please do not send information that is not necessary for us to handle your request.

The current version of the Game does not include:

Accordingly, the Game does not send locally stored gameplay data to an advertising, analytics, purchasing, account, or cloud-save provider. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use information under our control only as reasonably necessary to:

Depending on the circumstances, we process such information to comply with legal obligations or based on our legitimate interests in providing support, securing the Game, protecting our rights, and maintaining necessary business records. Where we ask for consent for a specific activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
